Can anything metal be powder coated?

Typically, Yes. Aluminum, Galvanized Steel, Stainless and Steel Alloys and some solid Cast Metals. Provided it can hold an electrostatic charge. It must also be free from any excessive oil and lubricants, rubber coatings and plastic parts. Rust and corrosion must also be removed through blasting and metal prep. Additional costs may apply.

Can you powder coat over existing powder coat?

Yes. Just a light sanding is required.

Can you powder coat over paint?

No. All paint has to be abrasive blasted off.
