You Asked, We Answered

What is POWDER COATING?

Powder coating is a surface coating process that, unlike liquid paint, is applied through electrically charging paint particles to a metal substrate like aluminum, steel, iron. Once adhered to the surface the object is then baked(cured) in the oven typically at around 200 degrees. The process is superior for everyday items like aluminium doors, windows, partitions, facades & also in rims, auto, and motorcycle parts as well as new metal fabrication like gates, railings, and other restoration projects.

WHY POWDER COAT?

A powder coated finish offers superior scratch, impact and chemical resistance. It can handle UV and salt conditions more readily than even today’s most sophisticated paints. The process is more economical and environmentally friendly. Unlike paints which rely heavily on solvents, powders reduce VOC emissions and the quick cure process allows fast turnaround that delivers a long lasting, durable product.
